Returns

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all original tags attached

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Arcapatians will provide appropriate return shipping assistance at no cost to the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved returns receive a full refund for the returned item to the original payment method within 5 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard exchanges. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

• We currently ship within the United States only, with free shipping on all orders.

• Delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses are not eligible for compensation.
